Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchases and Event Attendance
ZEST and EVOQUE NIGHTS events are organized by Rawa’at Ibdaa – ROVAURA, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
Purchasing or using a ticket, or attending an event, constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Tickets and Admission
The ticket is valid only for the event, date, and time specified on it.
The purchaser is responsible for verifying all event and ticket details before completing payment.
Attendees must present their electronic ticket and entry code upon request. The Organizer may request identification to verify the ticket holder’s identity.
Each ticket may only be used once. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated tickets, or tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.
A ticket may be transferred to another person. However, reselling it above its original price, using it for commercial purposes, or reselling it for profit is prohibited.
Purchasing multiple tickets does not guarantee adjacent seats or tables unless expressly stated during booking.
Ticket holders are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival, failure to attend, or leaving the event early does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who violates these terms or the instructions of security personnel or venue management, without a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellations and Refunds
Purchased tickets are final and non-refundable if the purchaser changes their mind, is unable to attend, arrives late, or considers the event unsuitable for their personal preferences.
A purchaser is not entitled to a refund if they are refused admission or removed from the event due to violating these terms, applicable laws, or the instructions of the Organizer or security personnel.
If the Organizer cancels the event and no alternative date is scheduled, the ticket holder will be offered a refund in accordance with the announced procedures, payment method, and timeframe.
If the event is postponed or its date is materially changed, the Organizer may offer one of the following options, subject to the event’s circumstances and applicable laws:
- Using the ticket on the rescheduled date.
- Transferring the ticket value to another event.
- Requesting a refund within the period specified by the Organizer.
Reasonable changes to the program, running order, performers, menu, seating arrangements, or certain venue details do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund unless the change is material or otherwise required by law.
If the event is affected by force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, postponement, compensation, or refund options will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable laws.
Any eligible refund will be returned through the original payment method and may require the processing time determined by the relevant bank or payment service provider.
Conduct and Compliance with Laws
Attendees must comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, public morals, local customs and traditions, and the instructions of the General Entertainment Authority, venue management, security personnel, and the Organizer.
Harassment, abuse, threats, violence, fighting, bullying, discrimination, offensive language, disturbing other attendees, or violating their privacy is strictly prohibited.
Possessing or using prohibited materials or items, attending while under the influence of illegal substances, or engaging in any unlawful activity is prohibited.
Each attendee bears full legal and financial responsibility for their conduct and for any harm or damage they cause to other persons, the venue, the Organizer’s property, or any third party.
The Organizer may report violations or unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities, cooperate with them, and provide necessary information in accordance with applicable laws.
The Organizer is not responsible for personal or commercial relationships, arrangements, transactions, or disputes arising between attendees outside the scope of the Organizer’s obligations.
Attendance does not guarantee the formation of personal or professional relationships or the achievement of any specific social or commercial outcome.
Photography and Use of Content
Attendees acknowledge that photography and audio or video recording may take place during the event for documentation, media coverage, and promotional purposes.
By providing consent to photography, the attendee permits the Organizer to use photographs and recordings featuring their image or voice across ROVAURA, ZEST, and EVOQUE NIGHTS websites, social-media accounts, advertising materials, promotional content, and media publications without financial compensation.
The Organizer will use such content lawfully and professionally and will not use it in an offensive, misleading, or defamatory manner.
Attendees may not photograph others in a manner that violates their privacy or use their images for offensive or unlawful purposes.
If an attendee is a minor, consent from their parent or legal guardian must be obtained before photographing them or using their image whenever minors are permitted to attend.
Safety and Liability
Attendees must follow all safety, emergency, and evacuation procedures and the instructions of security personnel, venue management, and the Organizer.
When necessary, attendees should disclose any medical condition or allergy requiring special assistance and take appropriate personal precautions.
Attendees are responsible for selecting and consuming food and beverages suitable for them, particularly in cases involving allergies or dietary restrictions. Attendees are advised to ask venue staff about ingredients before consumption.
The Organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence falling within the Organizer’s legal responsibility.
The Organizer is not responsible for harm resulting from an attendee’s failure to follow instructions, their personal conduct, or the actions of third parties outside the Organizer’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of Saudi Arabia.
Event Arrangements and Modifications
The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, activities, performers, seating arrangements, or venue when operationally or legally necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the available communication channels.
Admission may be subject to legally permitted security checks.
Weapons, dangerous items, prohibited materials, and any items restricted by venue management or the relevant authorities may not be brought into the event.
All trademarks, content, and materials used during the event belong to their respective owners and may not be commercially exploited without authorization.
Personal Data
The Organizer may collect and use data necessary to process bookings, issue tickets, verify admission, provide customer service, maintain security, manage the event, and comply with legal requirements.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Data may be shared, where necessary, with the ticketing platform, payment provider, venue, service providers, or relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
General Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Complaints will first be addressed through the Organizer’s published contact channels, without prejudice to the attendee’s statutory consumer rights.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
If there is any discrepancy between the Arabic version and a translated version, the Arabic version will prevail unless otherwise required by law.
These terms may be updated for future events. The version published at the time of the ticket purchase will apply to that purchase.
